UV print, UV DTF and laser engraving all run in-house at our Selangor warehouse, on our own schedule, which is why a per-name run does not stretch the turnaround and why a mid-run artwork change can be answered the same day instead of going back through a third party. Silk screen, pad print, hot stamping, heat transfer, embroidery, emboss/deboss and epoxy dome are available as well. - Confirm headcount and buffer early, before you lock the shortlist, so the name run is sized correctly from the start.
- Send the name list in a spreadsheet, with spelling checked by the person who owns the guest list — we engrave or print exactly what is sent.
- Approve the digital proof, which shows one sample name per item so you can see placement and size before the run begins.
- Allow the lead time: production runs 5–14 working days once artwork is confirmed and payment is received. For November and December dinners, place orders by mid-October.

Does personalising each gift cost more?
Name engraving or printing is quoted per piece on top of the item. The extra is usually smaller than buyers expect, because the run happens on our own machines rather than through an outside vendor. Send us your headcount and shortlist and we will quote it properly.
Can every guest get their own name?
Yes — laser engraving and UV DTF both handle variable names without slowing the run. What we need from you is a checked list, one name per line, matched to the item each person receives.
How early should the name list arrive?
The name list should arrive with the artwork, before production starts. Changes made after proof approval restart that piece, so the list needs to be final when you sign off.
What if headcount changes after ordering?
Order a small buffer at the start, since names cannot be reassigned once engraved. Keep a few un-named pieces marked with the event name instead, and they will cover late additions.
Can we mix personalised and standard gifts at one dinner?
Yes, and many companies do exactly that. They personalise VIP and long-service tables, then give a standard branded item to general seats, which keeps the named work where it has the most effect.
