SHIPPING
For Malaysia delivery:
• We deliver around the Klang Valley with our own company transport.
• We provide one free delivery trip within Klang Valley for orders above RM1,500, within a distance of 40km.
• For orders below RM1,500, a delivery charge of RM80 per trip will apply.
• Lalamove or Grab delivery is also available for urgent deliveries. Please contact our salesperson for the charges.
• To other states, we ship through our courier partners, and the courier charge is borne by the customer.

• For international delivery, we use DHL, FedEx and SF Express. Please contact us to check for shipping rates.
ℹ️ International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are charged once your package reaches the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Q: How fast do you ship my order?
Once we have received your artwork confirmation and deposit, we will proceed with your order and arrange shipment within 5–14 working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
For orders without printing, the goods will be ready for collection from our office or dispatched on the next working day.
Q: Will my order be ready and delivered exactly on the stated schedule?
Every product shown on this website is available to order. Many are ready stock, but some ready-stock quantities are limited and may need time to restock.
Alongside ready stock, we also take custom-made orders. Once the artwork is agreed, a physical printed sample usually takes about 2–3 weeks to reach you by air, and after you approve it, the finished goods are normally delivered to your doorstep within 1–2 months, depending on the product. Our sales team will advise on the best option for your schedule.
The delivery schedule and time frame shown are for your reference only. Actual delivery times may vary due to time zones, weather conditions, courier delays, or technical issues. However, there is no need to worry, as our admin team will closely follow up on every order you place.

Q: Can I collect the order myself?
Yes. You can collect your order from our office in Seri Kembangan, Selangor. Your sales consultant will let you know when it is ready and arrange a collection time with you.
Q: Can you ship directly to my client or to several addresses?
Yes, we support dropship. We can deliver straight to your client or split one order across several addresses. Please speak to your sales consultant about the addresses and the delivery charges.
Q: Do you deliver to Singapore?
Yes, we work with many customers in Singapore, and the delivery can be arranged in the way that suits you. We can deliver to your door in Singapore, deliver up to customs for you to clear and settle the duties and taxes, hand the goods over to a logistics provider you appoint, or deliver to your appointed warehouse or company address in Johor.
If your team is coming to Kuala Lumpur for an exhibition or event, we can also deliver the gifts straight to the event venue. Your sales consultant will recommend the best option and quote the delivery.
Q: How do you calculate the shipping rate and delivery time?
For courier services, we use our courier partners' official systems to calculate shipping costs and delivery times.
Additional charges will only apply if any special packing arrangement is required.
