SILKSCREEN PRINTING

Silkscreen Printing is a traditional and widely used commercial method to print on T-shirts. The advantage of silk screen printing over other print processes is that the press can print on stocks of any shape, thickness and size. It can be used to print on most surfaces, including T-shirts, plastic, metal, and wood.

PAD PRINTING

Pad Printing is a printing method that allows the transfer of a 2-dimensional image onto a 3-dimensional object. Pad printing uses a silicone pad to transfer an image onto an item. The machine holds the product steady and presses it into an ink plate before it's stamped by the pad. This process is used for printing on products that are difficult to print on such as rigid and concave surfaces.

EMBROIDERY

Embroidery is a high-speed sewing process, by which decorative needlework is sewn directly into logo/text designs on garments. It is a preferred method among corporate clients and the service industries who seek professional appeal and long durability.

LASER ENGRAVING

Laser engraving is the practice of using lasers to engrave or mark an object. Laser engraving mostly works with metal or wood surfaces and it is the most durable branding option.

EMBOSSING / DEBOSSING

Embossing is when you raise a logo or other image to create a 3D graphic. This raised design is achieved by pushing a metal die into paper, card stock (or other chosen material) from underneath.

Debossing is the opposite of embossing as you are creating an indent in the material you are using. A metal die is stamped onto the front of the material you are using causing depressions that leave a (debossed) imprint of the image on your paper, card stock (or other chosen material).

HEAT TRANSFER PRINTING

Heat transfer printing prints your design onto a transfer film first, then uses a heat press to bond it onto the item. Because the design is printed in full colour before it is pressed, it handles detailed logos, gradients and small text well, and it suits fabrics such as T-shirts, caps, bags and uniforms, including dark materials. The finish stays flexible and stands up well to everyday wear.

UV PRINT ON PRODUCTS

UV printing jets UV-curable ink straight onto the product and cures it instantly under UV light, so crisp text and full-colour logos, including gradients and photographs, print directly onto wood, stainless steel, ceramic, plastic, aluminium and more. UV printing runs in our own facility, so these jobs move on our own schedule and any adjustment can be sorted out the same day rather than waiting on a third party.

UV DTF STICKER

UV DTF Stickers, also known as UV Direct to Film stickers, are a cutting-edge and innovative printing solution that combines the benefits of UV-cured inks and direct-to-film (DTF) technology. While these stickers can be used on a variety of surfaces, including paper, metal, plastic, and glass, they are not suitable for use on fabrics.
