SILKSCREEN PRINTING

Silkscreen Printing is a traditional and widely used commercial method to print on T-Shirts. The advantage of silk screen printing over other print processes is that the press can print on stocks of any shape, thickness and size. It can be used to print on most surfaces, including T-shirt, plastic, metal, and wood.

PAD PRINTING

Pad Printing is a printing method that allows the transfer of a 2-dimensional image onto a 3-dimensional object. Pad printing uses a silicone pad to transfer an image onto an item. The machine holds the product steady and presses it into an ink plate before it's stamped by the pad. This process is used for printing on products that are difficult to print on such as rigid and concaved surfaces.

EMBROIDERY

Embroidery is a high-speed sewing process, by which decorative needlework is sewn directly into logo/texts design on garments. It is a preferred method among corporate clients and the service industries who seek professional appeal and long durability.

LASER ENGRAVING

Laser engraving is the practice of using lasers to engrave or mark an object. Laser engraving mostly works with metal or wood surface and it is the most durable branding option.

EMBOSSING / DEBOSSING

Embossing is when you raise a logo or other image to create a 3D graphic. This raised design is achieved by pushing a metal die into paper, card stock (or other chosen material) from underneath.

Debossing is the opposite of embossing as you are creating an indent in the material you are using. A metal die is stamped onto the front of the material you are using causing depressions that leave a (debossed) imprint of the image on your paper, card stock (or other chosen material).

HEAT TRANSFER PRINTING

Heat-transfer printing requires a type of wax-based ink ribbon to create an image. The printer works by pressing the ribbon against the printing object and heating the opposite side until the ink melts off the ribbon and transfers to the object. Heat-transfer printing works well for adding or customizing prints on fabrics such as athletic uniform numbers. Because heat-transfer prints are durable, they work well when the printed object is exposed to the elements
