What we collect

You can browse this website without giving us any personal data. We collect it only where you give it to us, or where it is generated automatically as you use the site.

• Enquiry, quotation and sample request forms. Your name, email address, contact number, company name and the details of what you are asking about.
• Account registration. If you create an account, the contact details you provide, so that we can save your quote list and follow up on your enquiries.
• Correspondence. Anything you send us by email, telephone or messaging while we are working on your enquiry or order.
• Automatically, as you browse. Industry-standard analytics record IP address, browser and operating system, referring page and date and time stamps in server log files. This is used for site administration and to understand how the site is used. It does not identify you individually.

Why we use it

• To answer enquiries, prepare quotations, confirm artwork and process orders.
• To arrange printing and delivery, and to keep you updated on your order.
• To maintain your account and the quote list saved to it.
• To meet our accounting, tax and other legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
