Which logo method suits each power bank?
All four power banks can be printed by silk screen or UV DTF sticker. The BASEUS, CABLE and VOLT can also take UV print. UV print is not listed for the MIKA.
We run UV Print, Laser Engraving and UV DTF in-house in Selangor. That means jobs follow our own schedule, and we can correct artwork on the same day. Silk screen printing is also available.
The surface you print on matters. The CABLE has a metal body, which takes a clean printed logo. The other three have ABS bodies. The BASEUS has a magnetic ring on its front face, so the logo usually goes on the back or the edge. Ask our team for the print area on each model. How is each power bank packed?

Every model in this guide carries a CCC certification label. All four are on the shelf in our own warehouse in Selangor.

Will a magnetic power bank work with every phone in our team?
No. The magnetic models only snap onto compatible phones. The BASEUS EnerFill FM11 and the CABLE both need that magnetic fit to charge wirelessly, but both can still charge by cable: the BASEUS through its Type-C port and the CABLE through its strap cable. Tell our sales team which phones your recipients use, and we will recommend a magnetic or plug-in model to match.
Which of these suits a team that uses both Type-C and Lightning phones?
Both the VOLT and the MIKA cover both types of phone. The VOLT has built-in Lightning, Type-C and Micro USB cables, so anyone can plug in. Is 5,000mAh enough for a door gift, or should we give 10,000mAh?
For most door gifts, 5,000mAh is the better choice, because guests carry it home in a pocket or handbag. The MIKA at 103g and the CABLE at 113g slip easily into a gift bag. Which print method should we use, and where will the logo sit on each model?
It depends on the model and your artwork. All four take silk screen or UV DTF sticker, and the BASEUS, CABLE and VOLT can also take UV print. The magnetic ring on the BASEUS moves the logo to the back or the edge, while the CABLE's metal body gives a crisp result. We confirm the print area and logo position on a proof before production.
What happens if a unit is faulty after we hand them out?
Every model is covered by a six-month warranty against manufacturing defects. If a recipient finds a fault with a MIKA, CABLE, VOLT or BASEUS, tell us which unit it is and what happened. Our team handles the warranty claim, so you have one contact for the whole order.
How are they packed, and can we add our own card or sleeve?
Every unit comes in its own printed paper box, so it is ready to hand out without extra wrapping. The box is white for the MIKA and VOLT, black for the CABLE, and printed for the BASEUS. The compact MIKA also fits inside a small gift box with a card. Tell our team about your card or sleeve when you ask for a quote, and we will advise how it fits with the box.
How long does it take, and when should we confirm artwork for a year-end event?
Production takes 5–14 working days after we confirm your artwork and receive payment. All four models are on the shelf in Selangor, so the timing depends on printing rather than on waiting for stock. For a year-end dinner, work back from the event date and leave room for delivery. We can correct artwork on the same day to keep your schedule on track.
Can we mix two models in one order, such as the MIKA for staff and the BASEUS for directors?
